Pages in an item are grouped regardless of the naming. Artist - Title makes more sense because it groups pools by the same artist together (or they would, if I'd get around to improving the pool index). Indexing by title doesn't seem to offer much value, except for magazines (where there's no artist listed anyway so it becomes a title index).
