These users were possibly doing edit tests, but I'm sure Mods will do something to them if they continue doing these wrong edits in the future.
And yes, "hito_komoru" is an artist tag, and so it's correct to keep it like that.

I've reverted the changes by Sarute except for tag 'hito_komoru'. I don't know enough to tell if that change is correct or not.
