It's because uncensored posts are rated explicit (rating:e) and rating:e is blacklisted by default. There are two ways you can see them. 1: clicking "Hidden Posts" on the left and then clicking rating:e, but you have to do this every time you change pages. 2: going to https://yande.re/user/edit and deleting "rating:e" from the tag blacklist. You only have to do this once.
