I get a ワンタイムメールは使用できません when trying to sign up using my googlemail account. Babelfish translates it as 'You cannot use the one time mail'

Any ideas?

Google, hotmail, probably yahoo mail, they all count as spammable emails that you can create and discard at will. Pixiv requires you to use either an isp address, or another 'permanent' address (basically anything that isn't on their shitlist).
I used a Googlemail account and had no problems at all. New policy, perhaps?
Maybe, I'm pretty sure hotmail and yahoo have been no go for a long while now, google was the next logical choice I guess.
Telling you what email address you're allowed to have? Worthless site.

It's highly unlikely they'll actually maintain a list of every free email site out there. Probably not hard to find one that'll work.

Most likely a precaution in case you forget your password. Rizon won't let you sign up for a nick if your email is with certain sites, and I wouldn't be surprised other sites out there do this as well.

Radioactive, did you get it work in the end?
Edit:
This is probably it

No it didn't. I'm even having problems signing up using a email account provided by Radiosity.

(I ought to get off my arse and learn Japanese)

Recovering passwords is a reason to ask for an email, not to block emails. The only reason a site would block free email sites like this is because they're trying to use email to restrict users to one account per person, which simply does not work.
