Obviously I'm not the one having this problem, since anyone with this problem couldn't post, however my friend was looking to make an account and can't due to sign-ups being disabled. I have no intent on contesting this at all, since I'm sure there's a good reason for it. I was just wondering if there was an intended date or time frame for the restriction to be lifted.
Hopefully this is the right spot to ask this, I couldn't find any mod mail or support section if there is one.
