I would delete bed and beach tags, my reason for deleting tags like this, it is either keep them and start to add similar tags like chairs, forest, field, etc, etc. or how do you want to explain why beach is ok and forest is not?
I would merge all animal ears tags under one, most of them look very similar with excpetion of bunny ears maybe
