Issue with rsync + manually updating db.

New server up
moe.imouto.org - located in usa (Japan is capped 50kb/s here) - main site
saki.imouto.org - located in europe (No capping) - image mirror 1
Currently the unique urls are generated by the same key on both servers to simplify things, but it might change in the future.
Hopefully this will work out somewhat well.
