Hmm isn't it in the USA though? I can't remember where I read that. (Maybe it's wrong) As it appears this is for the UK and since servers need to be moved... But incase it is in the UK what about the USA or Canada? As far as I've read or heard I haven't seen any real harsh rules there about this.
