It pretty much is. They put all their effort into hand drawing everything... which sounds nice until you realise it was at the expense of most fan favourite characters, less moves and very limited real content - and the hand drawn characters look no better than those in the likes of Blazblue anyway. Waste of time and effort, they should've concentrated on making the gameplay good instead.
