I went ahead and did a few just now. Should we remove "fixme" and "fixed" tags when we're done? I only removed the "fixme" ones.
Just remove fixme/s from images that don't need it anymore. And fixed to images that are already completed. Other than that I don't see any other complaints on it ^^
Agree with aoie, fixed can stay. And I don't have a strong opinion on the fixme question either way.Kupari said: I went ahead and did a few just now. Should we remove "fixme" and "fixed" tags when we're done? I only removed the "fixme" ones.
Let's remove fixme when a post has a fix. That way, you can search for "fixme" to find posts that need fixing, without having to scan through posts that have already been fixed (which you can find by searching for "fixed").Kupari said:

Request on fixme/fixed
If there are multiple variations of a post (and... there's a LOT of that here), you can select the best one and make it the "parent" of the other versions. This can also be used to group duplicates together.
Just take the post id# (the # in the URL) of the best post and put it in the Parent field of the child posts.
I mention this because it's a very good way to let people know fixed versions of a post have been uploaded. If you've taken the time to fix (or find a fixed version of) a picture, please take the extra 60 seconds to find the old version and make it a child of the fixed version.
Thanks. I might go around grouping variations/dupes for a few series later, if I get the chance. Just so short on time lately. I grouped a bunch while tagging new uploads tonight though.
