hmm... a pretty decent idea, though a little odd for me...
i usually browse by small thumbnail, and then when i open the image, opera automatically resizes the display of the image to fit the width of my screen... does a decent job too, since only the image is resized, while the rest of the page is at normal size...
though, looking at one image i downloaded, the high res link is kinda hard to spot... it may need to be set out/defined more, to at least bring proper attention to it..
