Actually, her normal outfit is the maid one. Same for Karin, Neru and the rest of their team.

Oh yeah I forgot lol I remember at first it was those, but then bunny costumes come out and suddenly 90% of the artworks were of them with bunny suits...

It will sound a bit Cpt. Obvious-like, but I guess that when a event starts, all the artists who are playing the game suddenly feel the urge to draw the characters like they are in this event. And it results in having here hundreds of similar pictures with the same characters with the same clothes in the same scenery and doing basically the same things. Look at Shiroko in a swimsuit and with a ponytail, or Gawr Gura as a neko with a denim skirt and top and a white T-shirt underneath: it is the same phenomenon.
