A safe image is something you wouldn't feel embarrased showing to your parents or have as your wallpaper on a work computer.

An explicit image is something you might feel uncomfortable showing to anyone, maybe even your close friends. Not all nude pictures are explicit, but rarely would a nude picture be considered safe. That's why a questionable rating exists.

Explicit pictures usually contain one or more of the following: emphasis of the genitals, obvious sexual contact, bodily fluids, or raw violence such as large amounts of visual blood loss and/or insertion of sharp objects or weapons.

Most folks don't and never will know the difference between Animes and Cartoons and this will stay untill the year 3000.

SO all hope that people still think that hentai is the same as cartoons or even bloody ones like gantz or elfen lied?
