This post from twitter was uploaded before post #1018168 from pixiv. I had flagged the pixiv post as duplicate. So why is this one deleted instead?

Twitter compression may add a bit of artifacting, Pixiv does not. However, variations and resolution may merit to preserve the twitter versions.

This is the same case as with post #1015565. Same quality images, the one posted later should be deleted. Also from the comments of that post comment #194031.

However: Twitter doesn't add artifacts all time at all. That was a thing long time ago.
