Artist tag detection apparently can only be done by utilizing API, there aren't search terms to facilitate such search. Some people mentioned chromium extensions that employ site-wide scripts, those are probably a way to start, but I didn't research the stuff any further.

As a crutch, I would hold Shift and hover the mouse cursor over the image previews in search results to visually confirm something yellow (the artist tag)--always at the start--of the tag lists in those extra info popups on hover.
