On the post's page, the tag in the list on the left is preceeded by a question mark. Said question mark leads to the tag wiki page (or the wiki page creation menu). Rather than in the comment section the links are best placed on those wiki pages. No one would scour posts by an artist to look for such links in comments on one of them.
