Meh, this type of underwear should be considered safe (then again, I would expand the rating system to have more than 3 levels, something like 5 levels; from 1(Safe) to 5(Very explicit))

Yeah. The q doesn't quite fit, but can agree that it isn't quite safe either. Guess this is a better safe than sorry situation. :)

howto:rate includes "tasteful lingerie" (or underwear) in the 'Safe' area, but what is considered tasteful or risqué/suggestive can be subjective. When in doubt, I think to myself if I would look at it with someone/people looking over my shoulders (like, at work, or a café, on the subway (viewing it on a smartphone), or on printed matter over the counter of a store...), and this one... no, I wouldn't. >.<

When I think of tasteful underwear that is really safe to look at, I think of Mitsuha's panty shots on 'your name.' (Kimi no Na wa.).

I know enough syntax to form a "~pantsu ~bra rating:s" search query and find a post #1035162 there at the moment. Beat that. (still in "drama queen" mode over previous rating disagreements and obscurity episodes)
