The rule of replacing pictures posted in the past has basically been changed. Uncheck "Show in Index" instead of delete.
However, I have a question about this picture.
I checked the current FANBOX picture, but it was still this picture. what's the source for replaced that?

I got the original PSD file from fanbox and checked that, he just 'accidentally' shifted one layer for 20px. I only fixed this issue.

What I don't understand about the PSD version is that some of the hair highlights are missing.
My guess is that the artist may have left a mistake in the process of adding highlights and tweaking the shape a bit after creating the PSD version.

Umm. Let it be there then, I won't change that.

Fixed version of the PSD has been replaced by the artist.
