Next easiest it's look at "find similar" link..But danbooru doesn't show there if it's an explicit enough image. What remains? A little bit of experience tells that this is a light novel illustration. Mangas like their very different script approach and speech bubbles too much.
And then I've checked the tag history on an off-chance... Well, what a treat it was. Some user tried to tag it without booru experience, the uploader had to clear the mess altogether. Some of the more weird stuff didn't ring a bell with search engines, but some others did. And voila, it's the Meitantei wa Suiri de Korosu (名探偵は推理で殺す) light novel, likely a December 2022 light novel. But is it? The cover image doesn't reek of the same style and theme and character may be not the same. Non-image search on duckduckgo first link leads to https://fantasiabunko.jp/special/202212meitantei/ , a promo page or something. I scrolled down to see if something confirmatory comes up, and there it is. This here image shows up through the seams between the info blocks on the page there. It also appears there further down, but still...
