The anime removed any fanservice, and it got popular. Same with Bocchi that's also gonna get continuation.

im not sure what part of the adaptation is upsetting you so much. the part where fran got new armour was pretty much the same iirc having more cosplay in the anime. and the series is nowhere near miriams revenge yet either.

And no, I don't have the manga anymore, but her jeans shorts scene and underwear fantasy scenes were both lewd in the manga - zero fanservice of them in anime.

I just said as a lolicon, it's sad to see any and every series going this way if it has any questionable content, but as long as the girls are not lolis everything goes (even for little boys, only girls are off limits).
