When you select your party on a pre-battle screen, you're provided with the intel bit called "Weak Point Information" and it may read "Fire", for example. It's spelled ambiguously in such a way that it can mean either that enemy are weak to fire or that enemies are fire and the team that counters the fire element would have an advantage. How did that get past an alpha version? Same pre-battle screen also says close/mid/far range in percentage, probably meaning that the respective-ranged guns would be more optimal. But in character select screen characters are marked by just icons that are in no way easy to discern, what icons stand for what gun and thus who goes where on the optimum range.

Some advocates claim that only dumb people should play Nikke without consulting online guides (what a nice game, huh), those advocates also proudly explain that some classes of the characters are broken and don't contribute to party strength in the sensible fashion. Tanks and or snipers do too little, some skills lack the promised value, some skills don't sinergize.
