Yuck, closer inspection of this one reveals a pretty shoddy job. Anyone willing to fix it?

it would be kinder to nagi-sama to grab the source pic and do a new one

and to whoever did this vector... (assuming you are reading this and did this in illustrator of course) the direct selection tool isn't just a decoration, it actually does something, for example, selecting individual lines of your lineart and positioning it so that lineart can be neatened up....

what I'm looking ≠ what illustrator looking really annoys me

there are obviously other things that can ruin a vector, but one of the most common mistakes (and one of the things i hate the most) is sloppy lineart... obviously we can't expect everyone to catch all the mistakes all of the time (myself included, but at least i actually bother giving my vectors a close look to try to fix as much as possible), but this vector seems to indicate that the person who did it didn't even bother fixing things up, and so, in protest of that i present, using my totally 1337 photoshop skills, a simple visual guide to using the direct selection tool to fix common lineart mistakes

illustrator is pretty damn frustrating to learn to use, i personally uninstalled it from my computer twice when i was still learning the basics, but when you get into it, illustrator is a pretty good, pretty powerful program

My sanity point may reach at 0 before get use to.
