Shouldn't be too hard, but it's work nonetheless, so don't go having much expectations of others doing it please. The image obviously appears to consist of top half and bottom half. Those are misaligned in colors and seem to be separated by a very narrow crease. The solution would be to brighten the top and darken the bottom--half way, ito the same color, then to noise or median or whatever the color segments over the crease in accordance with adjacent areas.

But, this mf did a lot of mistakes:
1 didn't compress (>not compressing in 2023)
2 used photoshop (>using proprietary software in 2023)
3 embedded adobergb profile to imagefile (>imbedding printing profile to web images in 2023)
4 didn't remove alpha channel
5 stressed server with 128MB file (>)
OP, if you want quality fix please cooperate and send me two parts of poster uploaded to uguu.se (links expire after 48 hours) AS SEPARATE images saved from your scanner or exported from GIMP to png, no embeding of color profiles, then, maybe, I'll do repair. I'm busy finishing other works, lol.
