As a cleanup tip, create a levels adjustment layer set to 130/1/255 or so, and then use the PS patch tool. It's very good at smoothing out tricky gradients.

Well, I did at my best because I do not know how to use the PS tool and always keep relying on the CS tool so much trying to get it perfected.
