Yes, usually rating for loli is Q rating. I found tons Safe post tagged with loli.
Looks like there misunderstanding here or they didn't read the wiki tags.

If you commented on some of those, before editing, you could find differing opinions. Sometimes, the poses or actions are suggestive. Some people deem vaguely distinct types of swimsuits immoral. Anyways, that might've not been a ton.
