I don't know what you mean by that. I got it right from the artist's Twitter via the source link. You'll have to ask the original artist why there's line gaps or if it's upscaled, as I don't know.

Yep, an end before anything could happen, unless you meant the Onimai one, which that one was also unflagged as of today, so that problem there is also solved as well.
Even an artist can take something small, upscale it, and post it wherever. If the blatancy outweighs doubt, respective post can get deleted. I think I've seen it happen before.
