It looks like a problem with a gap between the paper and the scanner when scanning. Unfortunately the fix is not easy. Flatten the paper as much as possible and scan again for a better result.

Yeah I would just unbind it if I scan it myself, but it was scanned by a friend so I can't ask too much lol.
