The feeling when the thumbnail image kinda looks like it's Tuxedo Mask x Sailor Saturn and then the guy is actually named Houtarou. I don't even know what to say. XD What an unusual (and possibly unintentional) trap.

The series seems to be about her fascination with his deductiveness, so the artist must very heavily be leaning into the mantles of Holmes and Watson here. I'd say it qualifies as a cosplay.

edit: on second thought, why's Watson in handcuffs?
