Mio is left handed. The swimsuit (both the strap and the fact you'd never get her to perform in one), guitar does look small and its not the only thing, there is 3 inexplicable marks on her face and I don't remember any of the K-on girls using a pick. Edit: except in Ep13.
As mentioned already, no strap. And it's a guitar instead of a bass. And the frets are spaced wrong (shouldn't be evenly spaced like that). And the shape is backwards - the 'longer' side of the body should be on the 'bottom' - even though the plugs are correctly on the 'bottom'. So it's neither a righty nor a lefty guitar as drawn. (edit: and the knobs should be on the 'top' so you don't have to reach over the strings to get at them...)
