Example:

That's fair, it seems you're not the only one as I've seen a mixture of explicit images of Kayoko here both tagged and not with loli. I would consider her petite myself, hell I have a friend irl that's in her 30s and has been confused for a teen. Though at the end of the day, as you said, better safe than sorry.
