The style seems a bit different here than the other drawings. A bit more emphasis on texture and shadow detail/graidents perhaps?

Looks the same to me. The colors aren't entirely blending like usual to me so it looks the same in my eyes.

you got a point. there is a text page I didn't scanned, and the artist wrote the difference of paintings in this book on the page. he is trying to mixture the galge style paintings and the analog style paintings. then the book contains 3 variations of them.
