This is a band uniform, not a seifuku.

She’s still wearing the skirt of her school uniform, so it counts as it. Exactly as when Hitori Gotō is wearing hers with the “Kessoku Band” T-shirt. There is no reason to treat them differently, here.

Maybe we should wait for the mod's opinion.
Because kyouyama kazusa's uniform tag was first added by mod.

It's still uniform if they're doing band's activities, not when attending school. So add both of the tags at the same time if you like (uniform for the T-shirt, seifuku for the skirt).

And I believe the same should also goes to the Kessoku Band's T-shirt.
