That's her official alternate "Final Check" outfit. The background city is Montpellier, France. Lifted the Mercedes tag from Danbooru which later corrected it to the Venturi_400_GT.

Did someone mention a shitty merc in the France? Holy kek. That's not a merc, look at the logo. That's Venturi 400 GT. Quite rare car and it's the French made. Montpellier, with 2 L. And to be more precise, it’s the “Place de la Comédie”, a pedestrian place in the center of the city.

During the summer, it’s nicknamed “The pressure cooker”, because of its white marble and beige stone-paved floor that reflects the sun's light and heat a lot!

I somehow mixed the spelling with Montpelier, state capital of Vermont.

I go through the "brick oven" effect in Oakland, CA where nearby buildings and black asphalt knock summer temperatures up 3C or more. Do you live in that part of France? I once took a train trip to Nice, Monaco and crossed over to Ventimiglia, Italy...years ago

He might have been using a diecast model as a reference. This looks very close to what I see in his rendering. Then he could add his own details for an Azur Lane themed Venturi.
