Don't replace the source if it's artist's revision - Upload the new version from the new source, add the artist_revision tag to it, and then set it as the Parent Post of the old version.

If I upload the new one from the new pixiv link, I get the "This post already exists: post #1185548" notice.

I see, that means they're identical, but just for some reason the artist had to remove the older one and then upload the same thing to Pixiv again??

I didn't replace the source tho (see post history)
