1. In an X Post, right-click and then choose open image in a new tab

2. From the resulting URL, change whatever after "name=" (e.g. small, medium, large, etc.) to "orig"

Whether you can obtain a version with such a large resolution fully depends on whether that X user uploaded the image with such resolution (if that image is small in the first place, what mentioned above won't get you its larger resolution than that).
