No skin/clothing tags should be created for a character, unless they're so different that they can be seen as a different character (like those different styles of hatsune_miku).

I didn't mean it as separate Momo tag for her AL character version, but just as if it needs general Azur Lane tag, since she's wearing skin from her there, or we don't care about this here that much

But since someone target it and tag still stays I suppose there's an answer

Then you may add requests for tag alias so that those "skin" character tags would get redirected back to their corresponding "original" character tags: https://yande.re/tag_alias
