I know that some still don't have it in the curriculum, but most state run schools in developed countries educate 13-16yrs in the adult matters.
Except for the one country that starts at a far younger age and builds on it yearly they do it rather poorly though.

Well, no, not exactly. Sex education is less about the how and more about the why, when, and what. Part anatomy, part social education.

I wouldn't know since Sex Ed doesn't exist during my years of school...so I go by whatever the people, who experience that class, says.
