I challenge someone to do a better job than I did at editing this image! For example; make it seamless, and/or maybe spread her legs...

This is just an example of what I wanted... I wasn't sure if this type of thing is allowed (taking image, editing out something, then re-posting it as a child) but I felt I needed to contribute something, so here you go!

P.S. Also, anyone know why editing it would have doubled the image size, and how to lessen it?

put the number of the parent id (in this case, 44763) at the "Parent Post" field on the edit page of the child post.

I don't know what image editor you are using, but most of them are suck at png compression. save bmp/psd/etc with your image editor, then use other tools such as Xnview or Irfanview, e.t.c. to compress at png.
while compressing, set true color, all filters on, compression level 6 or higher.

No, it'd have to be a new upload.

A bit random but I just felt like trying the latest pngout.exe version as I hadn't yet. On Xtreme (I use it simply because I can) it got down to 2484 KB
