Well, in this case, the mecha is pretty much just the background of the image, and you can't really see it all that well. On top of that, it appears to be themed to match the eloborately-dressed gal in front of it, so it probably looks a bit prettier than most mechs - certainly with the little bit of what we see. The girl in front looks stunning enough though that if the pic hadn't been tagged mecha, I'm not sure that I'd have noticed.
