The right one maybe, but the left one is situated as if she were lying on her other side.

If you want to get technical, maybe her left breast is far enough to the side that it's resting on her chest and thus avoiding the pull of gravity.

Regardless of all that though, those eyes are absolutely fantastic.

I totally agree. Judging from the left nipple seems to be, it's probably like you said.
