Nope. That's her original outfit.

To Love Ru was done by the same guy who did Black Cat, so it's more of a Lawyer Friendly Cameo than anything else.

Lala is the poorest character on the series. Excluding her, all the others are quite good, and I must highlight Run/Ren and Yui Kotegawa.
From what I've heard, the manga is better than the anime.

I've watched 2 episodes of the anime and didn't like it, but I am enjoying the manga...
It has lots of ecchi manga cliches, but is still quite fun.

I enjoy those cliches in Manga more than in anime

I can't find any characters but idiots in the series (-ω-)
