The gap between 12 and 14 is too great. The 12 one looks as if she's still in nursery school. I still like it, though.

Girls grow relatively faster at that age...

I know, but the face model could have been more mature, since not many(I could say none) girls have face like that at the age of 12. Not that much problem though, as I've seen many times girls that looked like they're still in 10-12, yet branded as 18 y/o.(common in eroge industry) This one is still tolerable.

Perhaps it would seem better if it was perhaps mentioned that the Japanese (as a race of human) have slightly different facial structure than what you're used to (I'm assuming caucasian).
