no, 50% of cg rips on moe have this level of jpegs, but I'm too lazy to replace with my lossless rips.
just an alert his ripping has failing.

ps: 1600x1200 game cgs will be around 1mb if it were compressed good quality

If you're looking for them, I might have it. I was recently looking for this Whirlpool Neko Koi CGs. I have downloaded a pack but I haven't checked it yet.

Just checked them and yeah...they're CGs alright.

They're only in JPEG format, not PNG though.

But hold up...you're looking for CG scans and not Game CGs right?

Hongfire always have BMP and PNG CG sets, yet all CGs you see are just Jpegs.
