As stated in Wiki of this site, work-safe images should not be tagged as loli.

It's stated before that it doesn't matter to much as well :P Only Explict loli pics is censored away standard anyway. And I would indeed call this pic loli personally :P

wow, that's harsh :) Looking at the first 16 posts with that combo I don't see anything terribly offensive unless you're just a loli hater. Not work safe for sure, but I block a ton of stuff to achieve "work safeness" anyway.

the loli tag exists for people in a loliban country.
it hasn't a special meaning for most people, and not the thing to care what way it's used.
