Is a fan art from Naruko Hanaharu (a pro ilustrator). By the way i think the tag: to aru majutsu no index is wrong. Saten Ruiko don't appear in Index series.

subseries are used to be tagged with the original series too. And I think this is handy, because otherwise I have to search a couple of times for special character artworks.
