you can draw the "symbol" in handwriting pad of microsoft jp or tw ime to get the text of kanji or chinese characters, if you want

sure, or not. it rests with the order of strokes observed in calligraphy you wirite the kanji/chinese character. a simple advice: from left to right, from up to down.
