If you're talking about the white glob - that's Myon, Youmu's (the female character) ghost-half (she's half-human, half-ghost). If you're talking about the straight black lines - they're Youmu's sheath and the sheath's strap.
There is what seems to be a rectangle of vertical lines in the background and in her dress colour. If it was a scan I'd say it's some kind of fucky bleedthrough but I suppose it's digital off pixiv...
