I can see that particular paper texture being tough to filter out. I think most people would be happy to see just the crease line removed though, to be honest.

The hard part is that the color doesn't quite match in some places around the crease.

That's not a big problem to me, only remove crease is easy, I'll do it later.
But... I really don't like unperfect things, I'll have a try on the fucking impurities.
