There is something strange about this image, I just can't figure out exactly what it is....

I think it's their faces, they're just... off somehow, or most of them are anyway. Mugi-chan's in particular, it's kinda creepy. Q_Q

The skirts are fine, they're holding them there with their knees and/or hands. (Yui's holding them with her hands as well as knees, the rest with just their knees.) You just have to tuck them up like that when you sit down and you can keep them that way without much trouble.
