The most anatomically complete in the entire series.
It's hard to believe someone could identify the character in this picture.
Don't tell me he used coloring of panties and tail as distinctive features. Is it really sufficient?
No the panties & the angle declare very easily who it is.
It's not so unbeliveable. Especially if you visit *channels often.
IIRC, she's the only one who wears those panties in the entire show. Also, you can often distinguish them by their tails. So, there really isn't any doubt who this is.
I don't need to identify her, I took the cap it was traced & expanded from. I meant to take one about a second before but this came out better.

I didn't even notice the tail... just by looking the picture in the index I already knew who she was :P

The link was quite fun and pertinent, I laughed. Thank you.

It is really not so hard to distinguish characters from one definite show (and especially for someone who posted it). But when you see just striped crotch and it has tags... Why she is not Mio from K-On (for example)? Looks like tail means much here.
I've found two more related (de)motivators. Character recognition, and Strike Witches in real life.

There was a whole thread of the character recognition stuff on 4chan. The other link appears to be from a computer game...
Out of curiosity, SciFi, why do you only use strokes for lineart in your vectors?
It takes less time to work a line than a double line (path)

I do sometimes use the shape tool for skin and eye highlight.
Fill/path looks so much better in my opinion. If you're using Illustrator, strokes can very easily be made to look like paths by changing the profile and using the line width tool.
It can only be 1 of 2 people. Francesca Lucchini, or Erica Hartman in the episode where she steals Lucchini's panties because she can't find hers. Though it's obviously Lucchini due to the tail. It's really easy to tell who's who just by that because they never wear pants in the Strike Witches series, and they all represent different animals and tend to have traits resembling their animal which causes you to actually remember who's what.
gohanrice or SciFi, im starting to use PhSh CS5, how can i expand an image 800x600 to something like 2000x2500 without it getting all pixelated???.....
